In the tensioning systems we have manufactured, we have products in different options including single and double 1/3 tension wheel assembly, single and double 1/5 tension wheel assembly and 1/5 tenter tensioner assembly. In all types of tensioning devices, mechanical rollers are manufactured by applying T6 heat treatment made of special alloy aluminum casting. Brake assembly, pulley frames, weight guide etc. parts are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel with rolled products. The connecting parts are hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel depending on the place of use. Concrete weights used in the tensioning system are priced separately according to customer request.
